The album is virtually a second
Deep LP and almost identical in style.
A Million Grains Of Sand and
My Rainbow Life are two of its better tracks. Some of the other material can arguably described as rubbish, or brilliant. It's now a minor collectors' item and was repressed in 1989.
My Rainbow Life was also done by
Third Bardo and it has therefore been surmised that they were yet another of Rusty Evans' 'projects'. This was not the case as you'll read later in the
Third Bardo entry.
Filling The Gap includes a different version of
A Million Grains of Sand that Rusty recorded at a later date as

Fuzz Acid & Flowers:
This New York band were heavily influenced by Oriental and Greek music. Seven songs are sung in Arabic, two in Greek and one in Turkish. Misirlou is sung in English by Pappalardi. All of their songs were covers of traditional or popular numbers. Musically the album is in a similar vein to Orient Express, Kaleidoscope and John Berberian. Steve Knight and Felix Pappalardi went on to play for Mountain. Bobby Gregg played with Eric Anderson, John Cale and Bob Dylan among others.
