    Tapestry of Delights:
A Leeds-based group who'd evolved out of a skiffle outfit, Three G's Plus One. After contributing one side to a Leeds Student Charity Rag disc, they signed to Deram, to record a mid-paced soul ballad Just One More Chance, which was written by Jeff Christie. The flip side had a US garage punk feel.
In 1968 they switched to Immediate to record Great Train Robbery. Although originally scheduled for release in May 1968 as IM 067 advance copies were rapidly withdrawn and the number was reallocated to P.P Arnold's Angel Of The Morning. The 45 eventually appeared on Immediate's Instant subsiduary label some five months later. It's much poppier than their earlier effort but had quite a grandiose production and good harmonies.
