    Tapestry Of Delights : 
    These are two totally uncommercial "folk" albums by a Yorkshire act. That doesn't mean they use any traditional songs. On Sorcerers, all tracks are composed and sung by Noy, with inventive but not always coherent accompaniment on wind instruments by Bairstow. Though some of the material is a bit bland, this album has its share of completely uncommon, yet strangely innocent melodies, put forward in a strongly self-willed way. There are no less than 18 tracks on this album. Check out the strangely twisted Dominique on side two.
    The second album continues in the same vein, yet sounds completely different. Their sound augmented with a useful drummer, they now presented three tracks instead of 18, one of them a side long. Instead of concise songs, we get long suited, still folky efforts but heavily spiced with dissonance and wild improvisations. None of the restraint is left, though few arrangements
