Fuzz Acid & Flowers: This is an example of seventies hard rock at its best with some superb twin lead guitar work from Larry Lucas and Jay Wilfong. Some dealers describe this as psychedelic. The band came from Indiana and the album was issued privately and had a limited vinyl reissue. The group were also responsible for the anonymous Buccaneer album and 45s released circa 1980.

Electric Banana was a pseudonymous 1967 album of the band. The band recorded album Electric Banana and two subsequent ones for the De Wolfe Music Library. De Wolfe provided stock music for film soundtracks. The Electric Banana music wound up on various horror and soft-porn films of the late 1960s, such as What's Good for the Goose (1969). When the album was released, the stage name The Electric Banana was used to hide the band's identity.
Hailing from San Mateo on the San Francisco peninsula, Powder evolved out of The Art Collection, who teamed up with visiting New Zealand singer Ray Columbus for the demonic garage fuzz thrash, Kick Me - which is joined on the album by the then unreleased and far more commercial Snap Crackle And Pop. Both songs were taped at the start of 1967. The next five tracks on the album were taped after Columbus' departure, when the band's live set confused audiences who were used to the blossoming psychedelia of the time. By early 1968 the band had evolved into the altogether more satisfactory Powder, whose entire recorded legacy (16 tracks) appear on the CD mentioned above (mostly from an aborted album taped at Hollywood's Gold Star studios). The final four tracks wrap up the story with some post-Powder recordings from 1969 by Thomas and Richard Frost, who later went solo.
Tapestry of Delights: Please were formed by Peter Dunton and Bernie Jinks in late 1967. They had just returned to Britain from Germany where they had played with Neon Pearl, which also included their third member Jurgen Ermisch. The fourth original member Adrian Gurvitz later co-founded Gun. Unfortunately this line-up left no vinyl legacy or unreleased recordings that have been located behind it. They disbanded in May 1968 when Peter Dunton joined The Flies for whom he wrote both sides of their Magic Train 45. When The Flies split up at the end of 1968, Dunton reformed the band (line-up 'B'). Rob Hunt had also been in The Flies. They recorded all the cuts compiled on this album. Please finally split in April 1969 when Peter Dunton joined Gun. The remaining members recruited a new drummer and renamed themselves Bulldog Breed. They later cut the Made In England album. In early 1970 Dunton, Jinks and a later Bulldog Breed member Keith Cross joined forces to form T2, who were responsible for the excellent It'll All Work Out In Boomland album.
