Tapestry of Delights:
Baker joined the Gurvitz brothers in late 1974. They were then playing in a band called Three Man Army but had previously played in Gun in the late sixties. The new band became known as Baker-Gurvitz Army and played pretty decent hard rock. For the Elysian Encounter album Snip was recruited from Sharks (who backed Chris Spedding) and Peter Lemer joined from Seventh Wave, although he later moved on to Barbara Thompson's Paraphenalia then Ascend before Hearts On Fire. ~ (Vernon Joynson/Jim McMaster)

mySpace: Barnacled is a sound-collective born in Providence at the turn of the millenium, dealing in realms as at first seemingly disparate as interpretive composi-improvisation, neo-minimalist incidentalism, mindless repetition, and hot rockin'. We rehearse and play shows from time to time.
