Dreams Fantasies & Nightmares :
A Guatemalean/Mexican four-piece whose albums of soft beat/pop are now very rare and sought-after. The first album was originally released in Guatemala, but a U.S. promo-only release came a year later. It includes Spanish versions of pop-psych tunes like Colors Of Life and The Sun Is Going Black.

Fuzz Acid & Flowers:
This garage band operated in San Bernadino, California between 1965 and 1966. Their first 45 was a catchy stab at the R&B standard, Got Love If You Want It, whilst the flip Feeling Sad And Lonely includes some nice mouth harp and some effective echoed vocals and instrumentation in places.
Their second single was produced by Kim Fowley and the 'A' side was a cover of the Kinks.
Greg Eckler went on to play for Light, and eighties surf-instrumental band Jon & The Nightriders.

Tapestry of Delights:
This rather unusual progressive effort is interesting mainly because of its above average arrangements, which include some very fine strings, and through its thoughtful atmosphere. None of the tracks are very heavy and with four vocalists there is quite a lot of diversity of interpretation. John Weathers, between his stints in Eyes of Blue and Gentle Giant, proves that even he can sing and write. Not all of the songs are particularly good, though. The album starts off interestingly enough, but as almost all cuts are in minor keys and glide along at the same quiet pace, there isn't always enough going on to keep the ear attentive. Side two, with the extensive title track which isn't very good, confirms this impression. Undoubtedly worthwhile, but nothing stunning. (Marcel Koopman).
Ray Williams was later in the Welsh band Man. Hopkins, Ryan and Weathers had all been in The Eyes Of Blue and were later in Ancient Grease.
