Liner Notes: This odd and unique psychedelic record is the most Mexican LP sought among collectors, who, offer thousands of dollars to be able to get an original copy in good condition. This comment appears on Antonio Malcara's book "Catologo subjetivo y segregacionista del Rock Mexicano", and he is quite rightly because this LP and Kaleidoscope are the two most important and representative pieces of Mexican garage rock-psychedelia. Bodo Molitor not only made hos sole record one of the most wanted LP's but also contributed in the LP "Kaleidoscope", pressed in 1969, collaborating with the cover graphics, likewise in another record wanted by collectors "La Libre Expresion". Bodo Molitor was misundestood in his time but today, 37 years after, experts of fine rock, recognize the delirious range of sounds that explode in multicolor sonic-cosmic-psychedelic rainbow. In graphic arts, Bodo reflects through his work, a wonderful world full of fantastic images, zoomorphic beings, humanoids and rare vegetation, that despite the apparent anarchism in lines, harmony prevails and invites to drive away sadness. In an effort to rescue from oblivion this disco graphic jewel, producer Manuel Alvarez found not only the original master but also four bonus tracks. Scented Gardens of Mind:
In the mid-seventies, some of the Scandinavian groups developed their own brand of poetic progressive rock, using their native tongue. Among these were Trettioåriga Kriget, Saga, Kaipa, Bättre Lyss, Høst (who were Norwegian) and Blåkulla, a group from the Gothenburg area. Their music had a very enthusiastic and heartfelt approach with loud guitars and organ, somewhere between Junipher Greene (1971) and early Deep Purple. Some of Blåkulla's lyrics were written by Swedish poets and sung in a high-pitched, earnest voice by Dennis Lindegren. The album was recorded in a semi-professional studio, resulting in a dense, compact and chiming sound, which adds even more charm to it. Tracks like "Idealet" (The Ideal), "I Solnedgången" (In Sunset), "Erinran" (Memories) and "Sirenernas Sång" (Song Of The Sirens) are among the most memorable from this period in Sweden, sounding almost like a heavy metal version of Kaipa. Powerful yet lyrical and firmly recommended!

Fuzz Acid & Flowers: An energetic mix of blues, rock and hard rock from Miami/Tampa, Florida. Their guitarist, Mike Pinera, would leave in 1970 to join Iron Butterfly and later Ramatam. He was replaced by Kent Henry (ex Charity and Genesis). The group presumably disbanded when Henry later joined Steppenwolf. Joe Lala became a studio percussion player and Manuel Bertematti would team up again with Pinera for the sole album by the New Cactus Band in 1973 on Atlantic.
