Hey Jeff.Actually Clapton didn't start playing the Fender Strat until the late 60 s up until then he pleyad Gibsons Les Paul, ES 335, Firebird I and also a 64 SG Standard which was custom painted and known as The Fool' SG. This is the guitar he recorded Dilsraeli Gears with. The one I am using is an exact replica of that guitar custom painted by Eddie Stuart. He did a great job! Thanks for watching!Cliff
