Fuzz Acid & Flowers:
The highlight of this Youngstown, Ohio band's otherwise over-rated album is the seventeen-minute title track which is full of acid guitar work and incorporates the group's own arrangement of When Johnny Comes Marching Home. A free poster came with the album which has had a very limited reissue in the States in 1986.
Curiously, on the label of the first single it says both of these songs are "from the L.P. The Last Supper". This was a working title for the album.
Original drummer Paul Cassidy was replaced by Bob LaNave, and a new side was recorded containing the 17 min. The Only Truth. ~ (Mike McKay / Vernon Joynson / George Gell)
