Oldish Psych and Prog

Basically an Iowa merger of Billy Janey and the band, Truth, who were originally from Cedar Rapids. This is essentially a driving hard rock outfit whose guitar work on their first album often has some psychedelic trappings. A marginal case for inclusion here, their other two albums fall outside this book's time frame. If you like killer guitar work treat yourself to a copy of their first album which is now rare. The guitar work on tracks like Remember is stunning.

More recently Steve Bock appeared on a record in the '80s with southern California band, Nowhere Fast. Guitarist Billy Janey (who now goes by the name Billy Lee Janey) has also released at least four solo Blues Rock CD's during the late '80s - '90s.
