Tapestry Of Delights:
A jazz-rock fusion band. They also had a third album, Dreams Of Impossibilities, which was a German-only release on the BASF label in 1972. Peace For Our Time is an excellent progressive album with strong vocals, long sax and flute instrumental sections and good organ work. Several tracks like Rejection and Wind Of Change veered towards jazz but one, Wrote A Letter, was an acoustic bluesy number with interesting lyrics: "Said I'm burning my draft card, come and get me if you can
... Don't want no pistol, don't want no big bomb
... Don't want no pistol, I wanna keep my head
But my buddy, he knows he'll soon be dead".
